HAPPENING TOMORROW: Hands Off 2025 National Day of Action
Across the United States, folks are coming together this weekend to send a message to the billionaires running our country: We won’t stand by and let them threaten our rights, our freedoms, and our future. We’re fighting back. More information below.
HANDS OFF 2025 NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION
WHAT'S HAPPENING: This Saturday, communities across the country are gathering together to send a clear message to Elon Musk and Donald Trump that this country belongs to the people, not the billionaires.
As Elon Musk and Donald Trump continue their hostile takeover of the United States government, Hands Off 2025 and local affiliates are mobilizing nationwide to remind everyone – “We don’t have Kings in America, and we won’t let a handful of billionaires run our country into the ground.”
Events are happening in every corner of the state for Oregonians to come together to march, rally, and protect against these unconstitutional power grabs that are threatening our rights and freedoms. From Hood River to Corvallis to Sisters to Portland, there are Hands Off! rallies taking place all over the state – find the event closest to you here.

SEIU HANDS OFF MEDICAID RALLIES
In response to Trump and Congressional Republicans pushing a disastrous budget framework that could mean $880 billion in cuts to critical programs like Medicaid and SNAP over the next decade, SEIU is hosting #HandsOffMedicaid rallies across the state. The proposed cuts would threaten health care for the 1 in 3 Oregonians who rely on the Oregon Health Plan – that’s 1.4 million of us, including kids, veterans, new parents, seniors, rural Oregonians, and people with disabilities.
Show up to make your voice heard and urge Rep. Cliff Bentz (OR-2) to vote NO on the final budget.
